Last year, The Salvation Army Omaha served more than 167,000 people.  Some were in search of guidance and support, while others felt completely lost.  But each individual needed the same thing: Someone to lean on.  Someone to trust in.  They found that in The Salvation Army.

Just as these individuals depend on The Salvation Army, The Salvation Army depends on the community of men and women who contribute their time and assistance.  Their selflessness creates an army of people working for people, welcoming those in need with open arms and open hearts.

Because of the efforts of The Salvation Army and its supporters, these thousands of people have found a sense of comfort and relief.  For the first time in their lives, they can honestly say, "I feel safe."
