High waters have hampered our heighbors.

 

Action 3 News and The Salvation Army team up to help local flood victims and you can join in the effort.

Donations of cleaning supplies or money to purchase them are needed.  The Salvation Army encourages the public to donate the following items:  buckets, cleaning brushes, safety glasses, work gloves, mops and disinfectant cleaner.   Monetary donations earmarked "Nebraska Floods" can be sent to The Salvation Army, 3612 Cuming Street, Omaha, NE 68131 or call 1-800-SAL-ARMY or Donate Online

Every year, The Salvation Army assists countless victims of disasters, from hurricanes and tornadoes to floods and other disaster situations. Last year, your help assured that 19,493 victims received care in a time of crisis and helped get them back on their feet once the crisis was resolved.
